Spherical, ball-like powders of PA 11, PA 12, Nylon

Spherical nylon powder is produced by chemical precipitation process, and the powder is a regular spherical shape with a narrow particle size distribution. Compared with frozen grinding process nylon powder, it has excellent processing performance, fast coating leveling speed, and a static surface like water stop during fluidization, which can meet the aesthetic requirements of half section coating of the workpiece. The thickness of the inner and outer corners of the processed irregular parts is basically the same, and the powder has good fluidity and filling performance, which is not easy to produce bridge empty bags and has a high yield.
