Injection molded magnets are made of nylon 6 or nylon 12 powder materials as binders, with a content of about 10%. After mixing with 90% magnetic powder, they can be granulated or directly injected into magnets. This magnet has good magnetic properties and processing performance, high dimensional accuracy, and can form various complex shapes, suitable for multipole magnetization. At the same time, it also has the characteristic of being able to perform integral injection molding with embedded parts. Injection molding magnetism expands the application field of magnets, with high processing efficiency and good mechanical properties. Nylon powder used as a binder is usually processed into 80 mesh sieves to promote more uniform dispersion of the powder in the magnet.
