Nylon powder for static plating

Nylon coating has high hardness, excellent wear resistance, good chemical and solvent resistance, good weather resistance, strong adhesion, good resistance to seawater and salt spray, and excellent comprehensive performance.

Electrostatic spraying is a common construction process for nylon powder. Nylon powder is evenly sprayed on the surface of the workpiece using an electrostatic spray gun, and after melting and leveling, a coating film can be formed. The nylon coating formed by this process usually has a thickness of 150-300 μ m. The coating is uniform and glossy, suitable for some large metal workpieces that cannot be processed by immersion coating.
