Is it okay to repaint the old equipment with fluorocarbon powder coatingFor certain complex components, such as impellers, propeller blades used for mixing tanks, springs used for conveying devices, etc., using rotary formed thin film lining or coating will not only resist strong corrosion at high temperatures, but also eliminate cracks, pinholes, or rupture defects that may occur in fiberglass lining. Given the high cost of new equipment, the use of HALAR brand ECTFE resin is suitable for the re coating or repair of old equipment, which is a promising and recommended application field. All corroded old pump impellers and casings, as well as devices that are difficult to repair or cannot be repaired within our company, can be solved using fluidized bed forming or rotary forming thin sheet lining processes. Due to the fact that the time required for fluidized bed and rotary forming processes is only a very small part of the fiberglass lining, and the labor cost of the lining only accounts for a very small proportion, although the cost of nylon powder raw materials and other aspects is relatively high, the rotary forming price of HALAR brand's ECTFE can still compete with the price of fiberglass lining in European and American countries. |
