Due to the relatively coarse diameter of the roller, large heat capacity, and slow cooling, the most common method for coating nylon powder is fluidized bed immersion coating. The roller heated to around 250 ℃ is immersed in the nylon powder and rolled for a few seconds, then removed from automatic leveling, cooled by water, and transferred to the next precision processing process.
Nylon powder coating has strong self-lubricating properties, low resistance, and low noise, making it one of the most wear-resistant plastic materials. It has strong adhesion to metals and is suitable for subsequent lathe and grinder processing. The combination of many advantages makes it a unique advantage in printing drums.
